Welcome to SPARVEXA. By utilizing our services, inquiring about prices, or securing items, you agree to comply with the following contractual terms.

1. Real-Time Quotations

Because we currate high-value commodities (fine timepieces, collector sneakers, and professional workstations), we do not publish static prices. All pricing is provided in real-time by our representatives and is valid for 24 hours from the time of quotation.

2. Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that 100% of our products are authentic. We provide appraisals and certificates with our watches. In the unlikely event that an item is proven counterfeit by an authorized brand service center, we provide a full 100% refund.

3. UAE Handover & Inspections

For UAE deliveries, our secure personal courier handles transportation. Upon arrival, you are encouraged to physically inspect the product seals and verify sizing before finalizing card/cash payment.

4. Return & Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window under strict conditions:

• Laptops: Must be factory-sealed and inactivated. Activated computers cannot be returned.
• Sneakers: Must be completely unworn with our SPARVEXA authentication tags intact and undamaged packaging.
• Watches: Must remain in sealed, unsized, and unworn condition. If plastic wraps or tags are removed, return is void.

5. Warranties

Laptops are covered by their standard local 1-Year manufacturer warranty. Luxury watches are covered by a 5-Year movement warranty provided by SPARVEXA's horological centers.
